Frequently asked questions

1.) How do I pay for my order?

A credit card or debit card can be used for online purchases. If you are not comfortable paying online you can pay by check with our offline service.
When you check out, you will be asked which method of payment you would prefer.
We accept, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Offline Orders are processed once checks or PayPal funds have cleared. You MUST include your order number when paying offline for proper credit.

2.)How is my order being shipped?

Items in stock are shipped within 2 business days after an order has been placed and payment has been received. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority service. Delivery dates will vary depending where the package is being shipped. Orders containing printed items require additional time to process and print, see instructions. [ Print Instructions ]

You may request Overnight or Two-day shipping for in stock items at an additional cost. Please call 954-771-9035 ext. 101 for current rates. Please have your order number handy as well as method of payment. NOTE: Overnight shipping is not available on orders containing printed items.

Offline Orders are processed once checks or PayPal funds have cleared. You MUST include your order number when paying offline for proper credit.

3.)How is sales tax calculated?

Appropriate sales tax is applicable and is calculated according to the state to where it is being shipped.

4.)What is the refund policy?

Our goal is simple, if you're not 100% satisfied with your One Model Place purchase, RETURN IT.
We accept claims and or returns up to 30 days from date of purchase. We DO NOT accept any printed items that had been approved by the customer.

Returns should be shipped by USPS. Please include your product, receipt, and any packaging.
Credits are issued only for product returned as unused and in same condition as originally sold.

Please allow 2 billing cycles from the date of return for us to issue a credit card credit.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
In the case of merchandise that may arrive damaged, please e-mail us immediately so that we may make our shipper aware of the problem.
Please keep all packing and shipping boxes.
